West Coast Basin Watermaster
The following is a brief summary of the new Watermaster structure in the West Coast Basin, which replaced the Department of Water Resources in that role. Per the dated December 5, 2014, the Watermaster now consists of three separate arms with different functions and is governed by the .

The , comprised of the Water Replenishment District of Southern California, , administers the Watermaster accounting and reporting functions. for the WCB are available for viewing and download.

The WCB , comprised of water rights holders who are selected through election and/or appointment, enforces issues related to the pumping rights within the Adjudication.

The Storage Panel, which is comprised of the Water Rights Panel and the Water Replenishment District Board of Directors, together approves certain groundwater storage efforts.
